No shows will be charged half the amount. 🍽️ 🍋 🥃 MENU 🍽️ 🍋 🥃 Appetizer House Smoked Salmon, Cucumber, Lemon Crème Fraîche Flor de Caña 4 Year Extra Seco Light and crisp with just a touch of citrus and pepper. Second Course Herb-Crusted Pork Loin, Sautéed Mushrooms, Risotto, Mustard Velouté Flor de Caña 7 Year Gran Reserva Notes of toasted nuts, vanilla, and soft oak. Third Course Smoked Beef Rib, Roasted Asparagus, Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Demi-Glace Flor de Caña 12 Year Centenario Rich and full-bodied with flavors of caramel, coffee, and cocoa that pair beautifully with the smoky beef. Dessert Raspberry Tart with Raspberry Sauce Flor de Caña 18 Year Centenario (Optional) Smooth and elegant, featuring molasses, dried fruit, and warm spice notes. All selections will be poured neat (1.5 oz) with ice served on the side. The beverages will be onsite the week prior to the event.
